On Saturday, October 28th, Medford will be having their annual Halloween Parade on Main Street. This parade is so popular it usually brings around 30,000 spectators each year. It consists of 10 marching bands, 40 handcrafted parade floats, and hundreds of marchers dressed in costumes. Anyone can be a marcher in the parade; marcher registration is in front of St. Mary of the Lakes School.
It starts at St. Mary of the Lakes School and ends at Maurice and Everett Haines School. The parade starts at 7:00pm but Main Street traffic will be shut down at 6:00pm, so be prepared to take a different route if you’re driving.
After the parade concludes, there will be a costume contest available for the marchers who dressed up at Everett Haines School.
