The Spirit of EXIT reaches $6.8 million!

The Spirit of EXIT: Dollar-for-Dollar Matching Program is a program that matches the amount that is raised for charity by EXIT Associates.  EXIT Corporate International receives a small transaction fee, it is then distributed through The Spirit of EXIT. This program allows Exit Realty’s involvement with charities to reach almost any community there is an EXIT office.

The Spirit of EXIT has recently reached $6.8 million in contributions to charities. EXIT Associates can raise money for charities; they can be local, approved, and registered charities. Then the associates apply to have those funds matched from the EXIT Realty Corp. International’s funds.

Co-chair of EXIT Realty Corp. International, Tami Bonnell said, “Our associates support charities across a wide spectrum of needs, including medical support and research, children's services, community and veteran support, animal welfare and more.”  The pandemic caused many charities to pivot and EXIT Associates adapted and catered to charities’ needs.

Kristen Trembinski, Regional Owner of EXIT Realty Northern Ontario and Broker/Co-Owner of EXIT Realty Lake Superior said, "We have worked with EasterSeals for several years now locally. The past two years, they have not been able to host their traditional EasterSeals Telethon where they raise most of their funds. We felt it was time to step up and truly help this amazing cause." Trembinski raised $5,000 through a telethon she hosted with the help of her team. EXIT’s head office matched this $5,000 to raise a total of $10,000 for EasterSeals’ cause, "helping kids with physical disabilities succeed."
