How is Real Estate Affecting Me?

The market of real estate and being a REALTOR® has been a struggle since the housing market crash in 2006. Which later lead the US into recession in 2008, thus affecting jobs/unemployment and so on. That being said, it’s not too far from the truth that the housing market is directly connected to our economy.

However the times are changing, slowly but surely. There have been fewer foreclosures; in fact the year 2016 had the least amount of foreclosures in the past ten years. Hopefully, things will stay at the same pace that they are currently at. The market’s recovery stage has almost come to a close.

We can expect that in a couple years down the line, there will be better priced homes. This will then lead to fueling the economy. With the housing market back on top, things can only get better.

Following that, the economy will begin to flourish once more. And in turn, unemployment rates will also begin to lessen.

And now you know, how relevant home buying/selling is to everything around you.
